Christ-in-me

Just a little word scrambling  to share… if you take out the ‘m’ from the title, it spells out ‘Christine’.  I’ve always thanked my mom for the name they chose to give me.

Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. (Genesis 2:7)

What a gift.  Each and every one of us came to be through the life God breathed in us.  And then we have the sacraments.

The sacraments are efficacious signs of grace, instituted by Christ and entrusted to the Church, by which divine life is dispensed to us… Thus the sacraments strengthen faith and express it.  (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1131, 1133)

Give thanks to the Lord for He is good!  Christ in me… Christ, in all of us.

    …For His Love Endures Forever!

    nothing like Catholic “Soul Food”

did you know that the greek word for ‘daily’ in the Our Father can be translated as supernatural. And so as we pray the Our Father we ask for the bread of the soul, the ‘Bread of Life’, then we follow with “and forgive us our trespasses”. The Sacrament which has been given for the forgiveness of sin is what we ask for, how apropriate for those who attend daily Mass. Give Thanks to the Lord for He IS Good !!! +t+

…and yes Christine, your name rocks :)
